At ZENZAI, customer satisfaction is our priority.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns if:

  • The product is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The wrong product was delivered

Return Window

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Tags and invoice must be intact

Return Process

Email us at support@zenzai.in with:

  • Order ID
  • Images/videos of the issue

After approval, return pickup will be arranged (if applicable).

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Credited to original payment method
  • 5–7 business days processing time

Shipping

If the return is due to our error, we cover return shipping.
