Returns & Exchanges

At Zenzai, each piece is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch.

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.

Eligibility for Return

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of issue (clear images or video) is required

Non-Returnable Items

  • Earrings and jewellery once worn (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance

  • Customized or personalized products

Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment
